LOVANA (The Legacy) brings together Golly and Bema, a singer and percussionist from Madagascar, and Aurèle, a producer and drummer from Nantes, around a repertoire that blends the island’s musical traditions with electronic music.
Accompanied by Jérôme Ettinger (Benin International Musical, Egyptian Project) in the creation process, LOVANA performs a hybrid music combining shivering polyphonies of voices, Afro-electro beats, and tribal percussion that evoke trance.
