Claudio Rabe is fortunate to have inherited both. Although he now lives on Réunion Island, he continues to pay homage to his native island Madagascar, sublimating its language, rhythms and movements – the son of a choreographer, he is as much a dancer as a musician. His roots are combined with the modernity of electronic music, hip-hop and rock, leading to an intense, joyful trance with the beat of his wings.
